looking for a fun, relaxing game

I've been out here about a year and have been putting off joining some sort of league for long enough. I'm looking to join a team that's relaxed and is playing for the sheer pleasure of being outside, active, and doing something fun with good people. There is a time and place for competitive play, and weeknights or weekends in an adult softball league doesn't strike me as one of those times.

I'm no superstar, but I think I can hold my own at pretty much any position (with the exception of maybe catcher). I've never really played in a league before. I have some intramural experience from college, but other than that the last team I played on was back in little league.

I'm available to play pretty much any night. Let me know if you need a guy.

I am looking for a couple of players that will like to play on Sunday mornings at Mira Mesa Recreation Center (8575 New Salem Court). It is a Men's 9 inning Slo-Pitch League, 12 game season.

I want players with good attitudes and that hustle every game. You don't have to be top notch players, as long as you play hard and show up every week on time. We want to win, but more than wining, we want to have a good time.
